The data is everywhere — the answers are nowhere. Today's breweries run on tools never built for them, and none of it talks to each other.
Production, POS, inventory, sales, CRM, and marketing — unified, so nobody's stuck wrangling tools instead of doing their job.
Recipes, batch logs, and ingredient inventory in one place — less time logging, more time brewing.
Live margins, costs, and forecasts across the whole operation — no spreadsheet archaeology.
Taproom POS, CRM, and loyalty working together so the floor runs smooth.
No more spreadsheets. No more tool-switching. Every part of your operation, unified.
Log every brew from grain to glass. Track fermentation temps, timelines, and recipe yields with full batch history.
Real-time visibility into hops, malt, packaging, and finished goods. Automated low-stock alerts before you run out mid-batch.
Manage wholesale accounts, track orders, and surface your most profitable SKUs across taproom and distribution.
Gemini AI built in from day one. Ask plain-English questions about your operation and get instant, actionable answers.
Turn taproom visitors and wholesale buyers into a managed contact list. Segment customers and automate email and SMS campaigns that drive repeat visits.
Built-in points, rewards, and member tiers that keep regulars coming back. Reward your best customers automatically and see what loyalty is worth.
Your built-in brewery assistant turns plain-English questions into real answers — grounded in your live production, inventory, and sales data. No spreadsheets, no SQL, no exporting CSVs at midnight.
Add your brewery, team, and existing recipes. No complex migration or onboarding required.
Log brews, track inventory, manage orders, and keep your team aligned — all from one dashboard.
AI surfaces cost-saving opportunities, flags quality trends, and highlights your highest-margin products.
Built on the same open-source foundation as the world's fastest apps.
Forecasts and trends across production, inventory, and sales.
Compliant payment infrastructure with built-in risk management.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, database-level tenant isolation, role-based access for your team.
"The average craft brewery juggles six to eight disconnected tools to run operations — and pours hours into manual data entry that should be going into the beer."
BreweryOS was built to fix that.
Straight answers on pricing, compliance, AI, migration, and what makes BreweryOS different from the platforms you've already tried.
BreweryOS is an all-in-one operating system built specifically for craft breweries, microbreweries, and taprooms. It unifies production and batch tracking, raw-material and finished-goods inventory, wholesale and taproom sales, TTB-ready record keeping, and team operations in a single platform — with an AI assistant (powered by Google's Gemini API) that answers plain-English questions about your operation. It replaces the 6–8 disconnected tools the average craft brewery currently runs on.
BreweryOS is built for independent craft breweries — typically producing between 100 and 15,000 barrels per year — as well as microbreweries, brewpubs, and taprooms. According to the Brewers Association, there are roughly 9,578 craft breweries operating in the United States in 2025, and most of them rely on a patchwork of spreadsheets, QuickBooks, a separate POS, and clipboard-based compliance logs. BreweryOS is designed for those operators.
Most existing brewery platforms were built before modern AI and treat production, inventory, sales, and POS as separate add-on modules. BreweryOS was designed AI-native from day one: every screen surfaces Gemini-powered insights (cost-saving suggestions, quality-trend flags, margin analysis) instead of static reports. It is also priced for small and mid-size craft breweries, includes white-glove migration from spreadsheets or legacy tools, and ships with a taproom POS in the core product rather than as a paid integration.
BreweryOS is currently in private beta and is free to use during the beta period. The first 100 breweries to join the waitlist lock in lifetime early-adopter pricing at launch. Public pricing tiers will be published when the platform exits beta; they are designed to be meaningfully below the per-barrel cost of competing brewery management software. Most add-ons are free. The rest are offered at cost: you pay only what the third-party services, AI, or data behind them cost us, with no markup.
Most add-ons are free, and the rest are offered at cost, so they aren't a way to charge you more. "At cost" means some features rely on paid third-party services, AI, or data that comes at a premium. We pass those costs on with your subscription, with no markup. Add-ons are optional modules for things not every brewery does, like wholesale and distribution, reservations, or a mug club, so you switch on only what you use.
BreweryOS captures the production, transfer, and removal data required by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and generates the records needed for the Brewer's Report of Operations (Form 5130.9) and Excise Tax Return (Form 5000.24). State excise reports for Georgia and other launch states are also supported. The goal is to eliminate the clipboard-and-spreadsheet workflow craft brewers commonly use for compliance. To be clear about what this is: these reports are built from the data you enter, and they are a starting point, not tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for reviewing them and for the filing itself.
Yes. The taproom POS is built into BreweryOS, not a third-party integration. It handles tabs, tip pooling, drafts and cans/bottles, kitchen tickets, and end-of-night reconciliation, and it writes directly to the same inventory ledger as production — so when a pint pours, your keg count and finished-goods inventory update in real time. There is no separate license to buy.
The AI assistant is powered by Google's Gemini API and is grounded in your brewery's own data — recipes, batch logs, inventory levels, sales, and orders. You can ask plain-English questions like 'Which SKU had the best margin last quarter?', 'How much Citra do I need to brew another batch of our flagship IPA?', or 'Flag any fermentation runs that stalled this month.' Before any question involving people leaves our servers, we strip out names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and dates of birth and replace each person with a meaningless label — so the model reasons about 'Customer A' and 'Employee B', never about your regulars or your staff by name. We re-attach the real names to the answer on our own servers. Your data grounds the model's responses; it is not used to train foundation models. AI output can be wrong, so check anything you plan to act on.
Most breweries are fully operational on BreweryOS within one business day. The beta cohort includes white-glove migration: the BreweryOS team imports your existing recipes, inventory counts, accounts, and open orders from whatever you're using today (Ekos, Ollie, Excel, Google Sheets, Square, QuickBooks, paper logs) so you don't have to re-enter your operation by hand.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each brewery's data is isolated at the database level by row-level security, so one brewery can never read another's. Role-based access control means head brewers, taproom staff, and owners only see what they need to. Your data is never used to train AI foundation models. BreweryOS is pre-SOC 2: we are working toward certification but are not certified today, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we collect and who we share it with.
BreweryOS imports from Ekos, Ollie, Beer30, Breww, Excel, and Google Sheets, and exports to QuickBooks Online for accounting. Payment processing in the taproom POS runs on CoinFlow or NMI payment solutions. Distributor EDI (orders, invoices, ASN) is available for breweries that sell wholesale. Additional integrations roll out monthly based on cohort requests.
BreweryOS is optimized for craft breweries producing between roughly 100 and 15,000 barrels per year — the segment that, per the Brewers Association, makes up the large majority of U.S. craft breweries. Both production-only breweries and brewpubs with a taproom are supported. Very large regional breweries (50,000+ BBL) typically have custom ERP needs that fall outside the current product scope.
Beta access is being rolled out to Georgia microbreweries first, in small cohorts, throughout 2026. National rollout follows the Georgia cohort. Joining the waitlist with your brewery name, city, annual barrel volume, and current toolset is the fastest way to be placed in an early cohort. The first 100 breweries lock in lifetime early-adopter pricing.
